Carolyn started her career leading large marketing and business teams at a Fortune 500 company. While working for a Fortune 100 company, she increased all key metrics (KPI’s) in less than two years. She applies a management consulting framework to how she helps companies make progress in DEI. Her extensive work as a Managing Vice President, and later the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, allows for this business minded approach.
